MISSION & MINISTRY ROLES*:

5-18s Children's & Youth Worker (or Youth & Children's Worker)

• 1.0 FTE - 37.5 hours per week. (NB we're also open to part-time 5-11s only, part-time 11-18s only, or re-shaping the role. TBH, we’re more interested in YOU and your skills, experience, and interest. Tell us!
• Band 5: £28,726 - £32,018 FTE (2025-26) + contributory defined contribution pension. NB for those who don’t sufficiently meet the criteria, we are open to exploring a lower band + training/ development package.
• Sunday mornings 5-11s or 11-16s, midweek ​5-11s club, midweek Thrive 11-18s youth club, schools support, annual Holiday Club, All-In All-Age services... We've made a start. We've seen our Under 5s Worker and volunteers do it with pre-schoolers. Now we're ready to do the same with 5-11s and/ or 11-18s. If you want to maintain someone else's ideas/ vision, this is not the role for you. We need YOU, with your relational skills, passionate and inclusive faith, creativity, and energy, to grow something special with our growing community of children and/or young people!
