There are many variations of Pilates. Here at Everest we teach a method of Pilates called Body Control Pilates.  This method is a modern, clinical variation that places more focus on pelvic stability and the control of your body during movement.  Body Control Pilates have broken down many of the traditional Pilates exercises to make them more accessible and safe for people of all backgrounds, whilst still challenging the body.  At Chester Road Baptist Church.
